Welcome to Lincoln Park High School’s mandatory QuickStart Registration process. This year we are going to continue our streamlined process in hopes of having every student in class the first period of the first day of school.
Please look out for a packet of information that will be sent in the mail with specifics on Quickstart. Make sure to review all of the information in the packet before coming to orientation to ensure a timely start to the new school year.
Links to some documents are provided. Free and Reduced Lunch Application cannot be provided through this site. Please bring this form with you.
Please take note of the following this year:

The $220.00 School Fee must be paid at the Quickstart Orientation.
Those who do not attend Quickstart on August 23th-25th should be prepared to pay at the first day of school on September 6, 2011.

You should bring the following completed forms:
a. 2011 – 2012 Quick Start Payment Form
b. Free and Reduced Lunch Program Application: Completed applications generate critical operating funds for the school. We need every family to submit a completed Free and Reduced Meals application even if you do not think you qualify or will not participate in the program.
c. Chicago Public Schools Media Consent Form and Release
d. Lincoln Park High School Enrollment Data Sheet
- Qualifying for Free or Reduced Lunch Program status does not automatically qualify for a fee waiver. Parents/Guardians must fill out the Fee Waiver Application Form, accompanied with supporting documentation (i.e., W2, Tax Return, and TANF); however Medical Cards will not be accepted. Waivers are due by October 3rd to Ms. Lugo only, in the Main Office Notification to applicants that do not qualify will be sent by mail no later than November 11th. Waiver Applications are available upon request.

You will again have the option to pay fees by either Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa and MasterCard ONLY). Card information must be completed at the bottom of the Quickstart Fee Form, and a $5.00 processing fee will be applied. Other than Credit/Debit Cards, we still are only able to accept cash and money orders (payable to Lincoln Park High School); no personal checks will be accepted.
UPPERCLASSMEN PARENTS:
Please do not accompany your students in the Quickstart process as time and space do not permit.
