Absence Policy

If your student will be absent, a parent/guardian must call the attendance office that day to notify the school.

Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors : 773.534.8130, x2, x3

On the day that the student returns to school, they are required to bring a completed Absence form signed by the parent.
The note must be signed by all teachers.
The note must be turned in to the correct attendance office. Freshman building for freshmen and main building for sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
