Lincoln Park girls soccer team has played for the City Championship six out
of the last seven years. We won the City Championship in 2002 and 2005. We
won our State Regional Championship in 2004 and 2005 and were finalists in
2006.
Many of the players from that 2005 championship team are seniors this
year and are looking forward to the chance to be city champs one more time.
The team is lead by Captains; Ingrid Wennerberg, Stephanie Rywak, and
Victoria Flynn. As one of the most succesful teams in the high school we
expect to have a very good season again.
