Mondays (starting 9/22/08) - 3:45pm - 4:45pm - Leader: Chelsea Mora (Cardio/Weights)
Tuesdays (starting 9/23/08) - 3:45pm - 4:45pm - Leader: Sandy Peters (Cardio/Weights)
Fridays (starting 9/26/08) - 3:45pm - 4:45pm - Leader: Chelsea Mora (scrimmage outside, while weather is good)
Meet in Room 221 for all sessions at 3:45pm!
Tryouts will take place at the end of February and attending conditioning is essential in order to make the team! Your physical and player record card are due ASAP - see Ms. Wilson in room 221 for details or download the forms below:
