Learn.Plan.Succeed. supports the district’s mission of providing a high quality education to every child by ensuring every student has equitable access to resources and supports to successfully realize and fulfill a concrete postsecondary plan.
In a continued effort to ensure that CPS students are receiving the supports and services they need to be successful in college, career, and life, we are expanding the definition of post-secondary plans that will be part of a student’s graduation requirement and a school’s rating.
STUDENTS MUST HAVE AN EVIDENCE BASED CONCRETE PLAN IN ORDER TO GRADUATE!
Students will work with their School Counselor to define their concrete postsecondary plan, and provide them with evidence for this plan. All evidence will be uploaded on the student's Naviance account through a "Journal Entry." Please see your counselor ASAP with questions.
