Financial Assistance
At the beginning of the year, most fees are added to every student's account regardless of waiver status. All families must complete the Family Income Information Form (FIIF), regardless of whether you are applying or not applying. Families applying for the waiver, please do not pay fees until the FIIF Form English / Spanish is processed by the end of the first semester (November). The status of the waiver will be updated in Aspen.
The fee waiver is applied on a year-to-year basis and cannot be applied to fees from a previous year(s).
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, snack) - Free for all CPS students regardless of their waiver status.
- General: $450
- Graduation Fee: $100
- Sports team fees determined by team
- Prom
- Damaged/lost book or chromebook
- Temp IDs or replacement ID
- Replacement lanyard
- Other fees assessed that are optional or due to student oversight
What is the Family Income Information Form?
The purpose of this form is for CPS to obtain information about families’ income to determine school funding. CPS and LPHS may receive additional funding based on the number of low-income families enrolled. This form is used to assess the waiver eligibility for each family.
