Lincoln Park Athlete Registration- Snap! Manage

Greetings LPHS Family,

Beginning with the 2025–2026 school year, all student-athlete registrations must be completed through our Snap! Manage platform. Please note that paper registrations and email submissions will no longer be accepted.

To register, you must complete the online process and upload the entire player record packet as a single attachment.

Important Reminder: A valid physical must be dated within the last 13 months and completed by a licensed medical professional.

Student Spotlight - Hannah Clemenze

Hannah was nomiated by Ms. Kong for our student spotlight! Here's what Ms. Kong has to say about Hannah!..."Hannah is an athlete, an IB student with straight A's, a humble student leader, and a compassionate and empathetic human. I have had Hannah in the ROAR Leaders PE program for 2 years now, and she is always going above and beyond to work with our cluster students and to make them smile. She makes them feel and know that they are accepted and cared for, she leads activities that engages all of the students and always comes to class with a positive attitude. The class would not be what it is without her leadership."
